Ruwan Indika Kumara started his professional career at Ernst & Young in 2005, where he acquired substantial experience in professional services, corporate advisory practices, and financial management. This initial exposure formed a solid basis for his skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and business process improvement
He has a diverse background in Audit and Assurance services across multiple sectors. His professional experience at Ernst & Young has equipped him with knowledge in Accounting and Auditing in various business areas, including finance, education, imports and exports, hotels, local trading, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare, and plantations. Additionally, he has experience in the power sector, specifically in wind and hydropower, as well as with non-governmental organizations.
He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the UK. He obtained his Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2023. His professional qualifications, along with practical industry experience, allow him to provide detailed financial and strategic insights to organizations.

Mr. Wijerathne began his professional career at Ernst & Young in 2005, where he gained significant exposure to professional services, corporate advisory practices, and financial management.
